I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Lamaya in Marsa Alam, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Here are some highlights from my stay: What I Liked: Cleanliness: The hotel was impeccably clean. The rooms, common areas, and even the pool were spotless. Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Amenities: The amenities were top-notch. From the beautiful swimming pool to the well-equipped fitness center, everything was available to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Food: The dining options were excellent. The variety and quality of food exceeded our expectations. Location: The location of the hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The views were breathtaking, and the beach access was very convenient. Special Thanks: I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Mohamed Harb. His exceptional service and attention to detail made our stay even more special. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience.

The hotel's attentive staff, exquisite dining options, and picturesque surroundings created the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Our time at Jaz Lamaya Hotel was truly memorable, and We are grateful for the outstanding service and seamless attention to detail throughout our stay. Staff. This is incredible how hard those people work. Everybody was so kind, helpful and smiling. Great waiters (special thanks to Mamdouh:)), people who take care of cleaning, people in spa, at the bar, at the reception, animators (Islam you’re the best!) - they are doing an amazing job. Good choice of tasty food. We didn’t have digesting problems not even once. Very good drinks. Rooms are cleaned everyday. There is service by the pool all the time. Lot of very well kept greenery all around the hotel. Hotel is not crowdy. Close to airport - 10 minutes so you don’t waste time for traveling. Sandy beach, beautiful bay and coral reef. Simply everything.

the warm welcoming and hospitality , every one was helpful and smiling special thanks to Mr mohamed harb for his all time assistance and early check in & late check out we got a complimentary a la carte restaurant the food was so tasty thanks for all chiefs in main restaurant, variety of food and quality was very good we have a lot of fun in aqua park , many games for all ages animation team & entertainment all the time with lot of shows everywhere and live band special thanks to Mr ahmed khattab from animation team , takes care of my son & plays alot with him room big , neat & clean thanks for everything & for the souvenir at check out
